Note: Hanging signs are only permitted in booths of 400 sq ft or more.

Complete the following online:

  • August 21, 2017: Compulsory Exhibitor Forms can now be submitted online click here
  • September 22, 2017: Exhibitor Badge Registration – Please register your entire booth staff using the Exhibitor Badge Registration link sent from myprereg@conexsysregistration.com. This will be emailed to the logistical contact filled out on the booth space agreement. If this has changed please notify sbeamish@ensembleiq.com immediately.

Move-In on Saturday, September 23, 2017.

Your time will be emailed to the logistical contact 2 weeks prior to the event.
Fill out the Move-In Questionnaire by August 11, 2017. You may also hand carry items on Sunday, September 24th from 8am-11am on the opening day of the show.
