|Please review the following steps to ensure a successful show.|
|❶||NOW – Review the Exhibitor Manual and booth guidelines:|
Note: hanging signs are only permitted in booths of 400 sq ft or more
*it is mandatory to cover the cement floor in the hall, all exhibitors must supply floor covering in their booth(s) i.e. carpet, tiles*
|❷||Complete the following online:|

|b) New this year Exhibitor Badge Registration – a Direct Link to register for the booth staff online is sent to each Logistical Contact which is filled out on your exhibit space contract. The link is sent from firstname.lastname@example.org|
|❸||Move In Saturday September 27, your time will be emailed to the logistical contact 2 weeks prior to the event. Fill out the move-in questionnaire by August 19, 2014. You may also hand carry items on Sunday September 28 from 8am-11am on the opening day of the show.|

High Registration Numbers, High Rewards
New this year, exhibitors will be recognized for their efforts in driving traffic to the show and their booths. The exhibitor that delivers the highest number of eligible registrations (the registrant must attend the show on day 1 or 2 to be eligible, please see the rules & regulations section for full details on eligibility) using the Customer Passes will be rewarded The Grand Prize.
THE GRAND PRIZE: The winner will receive one incremental/new ad in our industry leading publications! One ½ page full colour incremental/new ad in YFM will be awarded to the winning exhibitor. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $4,400.
OBJECTIVE: The Customer Engagement Program is created to increase show attendance, increase traffic to the exhibitor’s booth, and reward those that put in the best effort!
